Cancellation and Refund Policy - Horoscope and Other Reports

Since We process the confirmed order within 2 hours, you are requested to contact us through email ([email protected]) for your order cancellation and refund. Any request received after 2 hours of your payment confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.

The eligible refund will be completed within five business days or as set by the Bank / Payment gateway.

If there is any event of a duplicate payment made, then the same should be informed to us via email along with your proof of payment within one day from the date of payment. After the verification process, the extra amount will be refunded. No refund will be made if the refund request is made after 24 hrs.

We will only contact with the email id that is provided by you through the buy now form. Any mistyped or incorrect email id will lead to Non refund and No order delivery

The transaction fee set by the bank and payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Consultation with Astrologer

Booking should be made prior to two days

Payment should be completed within 3 hrs, once you recieve the payment link by email

A refund of the order amount is only possible if you cancel the appointment within one day of the payment date and 12 hr in advance of meeting time

No Refund will be made if client is not available during the scheduled consultation time

If the Astrologer is not available as per the schedule booked, a full refund will be made upon your request. You may also opt for another schedule date.

You can reschedule your actual booking upto a maximum of one time. More than one reschedule is not permitted and the order will be cancelled without a refund
